ULUSOY DENİZYOLLARI İŞLETMECİLİĞİ A.Ş. offers complete ship management for independent ship owners.

The policy of ULUSOY DENİZYOLLARI İŞLETMECİLİĞİ A.Ş. is to provide a quality controlled, consistent management service covering pollution prevention and environmental controls, safety and other issues.

Our aim is to implement our “Quality Management System” effectively and continuously by improving it, to keep the quality standards always up to date, to meet the specified expectations and requirements of our customers. The effectiveness of our quality management system will be reviewed at the “Management Meeting” meetings.

Our operating system, as described in all consolidated procedures documents and in this manual, complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 (hereinafter referred to as “The Standard”) and IMO A741 (18) and MSC.104(73) additional amendments (International Safety Management - ISM CODE).

The quality representative is responsible for ensuring that defined requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained, that quality assurance issues are well identified and the right decisions are taken.

All members of the staff are aware of our commitment to provide a consistent quality service at all levels of responsibility and of all the requirements of the “Quality Management System”.

There is a stated operational responsibility to ensure that all personnel are adequately trained and equipped with appropriate experience to ensure that quality requirements are met.
