The head quarters of this company established in 1995, is in Istanbul like the others. MV ULUSOY - 4, sister to ULUSOY - 3, joined the fleet in 1997. ULUSOY - 4, with the same capacity as ULUSOY - 3, was operated in the Samsun-Novorossiysk line until 2000 and then continued her sailings between Çeşme - Trieste until September 2000 hired to UND. After long years sailing in the regular lines, Ulusoy-4 was handed over to Black Sea Ro-Ro Lines in 2004 and Ulusoy-6 joined the Fleet in June 2006.
