Ulusoy; after establishing Ro Ro Transportation in Samsun-Novorossiysk Line in 1995 upon increasing importance and necessity of Ro Ro ships in accordance with the increasing commercial traffic in Black Sea especially with Russia, and in parallel to the increasing traffic started to increase the fleet with higher capacity and more modern ships. As a first step purchased in 1996 the 6800 Dwt and 66 Trailer Capacity vessel MV ULUSOY-3. MV ULUSOY-3 after serving several years in Samsun – Novorossisyk Line was sold in 2006

Ulusoy Sealines Management being the manager company of all the vessels of Ulusoy Shipping Group as well as Karadeniz Ro Ro ve Konteyner Tasimaciligi A.S , is also the registered owner of the 2008 built Bulk Carrier ULUSOY-8 .
